Select Delivery or Pickup: choose where you want to eat, at the restaurant, or in your home/office, etc. Select Date of order: select the date you wish to have this meal. Select Time of order: select the time you would like to pickup/have delivered your order. Enter your address for delivery orders: enter the address you wish the store to bring the order to. Be sure to enter the address you would like the order from, as our system will then display ONLY the stores that deliver/pickup to this address. You will not see every restaurant on our network, only the ones that you can order from.

Once you have entered all the above information, we will figure out which restaurants are open for pickup/delivery at the day and time of your order, in the zone that delivers to you or is close to you for pickup. Once pressing View Restaurants, a listing of restaurants that fit YOUR criteria will appear. Simply browse the restaurants: You can filter by kosher certifications and standards, sort by cuisines, and search for food items or restaurants. Click the restaurant which you want to order from.

Once you select the restaurant of your choice, the menu will appear, and you can begin placing your order, as if you were in the store! It’s that simple! Be sure after selecting the item to enter all the details for the item, any special instructions, and press add to cart. Press Continue when you are ready to checkout.

Enter payment information, confirm order, and you are done!

1. Your order is sent directly to the restaurant
Your order is sent to the restaurant the instant you submit your order, either by fax or through the internet, depending on the restaurant you chose.

2. Order Confirmation:
Our service tracks the order from the moment you place it until it reaches your hand. Our system is able to track that the order printed, and we confirm with each store to ensure clarity and understanding. The store will ensure that the order is placed timely, and with the exact specifications that you have requested.

3. You receive a confirmation email, which:
Displays your order details.
Contain an updated delivery estimate time based on the restaurant's current estimated delivery time.
Includes contact information for the restaurant. If you have any problems with the food or delivery, the best thing to do is to contact the restaurant directly.

4. The restaurant prepares and delivers your meal
Your meal is brought straight to your door by the restaurant's delivery person, as specified by your clearly printed order. Just sign for your order and enjoy!
