Delmonico Roast Recipe

Special for Yomim Tovim, this easy to make roast recipe will leave your guests walking away with a feeling that they just ate at a 5 star restaurant.

Simply get a 2-3 lb. delmonico roast (works best with delmonico, you can also use french roast), pour about 1/3 of a bottle of Kedem Matouk Rouge Red Wine (approximately $3 a bottle) on and over the roast until the pan is filled and the roast is sitting (not submerged) in the wine.

Take garlic powder and sprinkle it across the whole top of the roast (which will leave a small garlic-like crust).

Preheat the oven to 350

Cook uncovered for 2 hours.
